Michael Touma and James Chryssafis, executive team members of King Group, were instrumental in the procurement and strategy for achieving a high-yielding Planning Permit for “The Bank Apartments” Development in Melbourne.

A successful sales strategy was employed which involved recruitment of a full sales team, networking of local and international real estate agents, resulting a high sales turnover of more than 95% SOLD.

Charlie Touma and Johnny Chidiac (Executive King Group members) were also involved in the sales and marketing division and played a fruitful part in achieving sales.

Few apartments remain in the “6-star environmentally efficient” building. A leading Tier 1 builder (Probuild) has been appointed to build this landmark building and is currently delivering the works under the close supervision of Mr Michael Touma and Mr James Chryssafis.

The Bank Apartments are scheduled to be completed by the end of 2011.

In 2007, James Chryssafis and Michael Touma identified an opportunity to modify the existing Planning Permit for this proposed residential development, which consisted of 90 units modified to 173 apartments. This was a very successful strategy completed by the members of King Group.

The existing permit was successfully modified to significantly increase the apartment yield and development profit. The members of King Group assigned BUILT PTY LTD a builder from Sydney who is renowned for quality and workmanship, and was considerably more cost-effective than any other premium builder in Melbourne.

The members of King Group successfully managed a site remediation which minimised the cost to the client.

Along with development management, Michael Touma hired a full sales team who successfully sold out in 6 months. The sales and marketing division of King Group also played a successful role in assisting in this achievement.

This project is now complete and successfully SOLD – completion APRIL 2010.
