In 2008, Michael Touma (Now of King Group) found a “distressed asset and arranged the procurement of an undervalued development site in Southport, Queensland, for one of his Development Partners.
Michael Touma and James Chryssafis (Director of King Group) immediately began to improve the Development Consent.
Within six months of purchasing the property, Michael Touma secured a buyer without an agent saving a substantial amount on agent commissions and charges; it was than soon sold to another developer for a substantial profit.
Once again, the members of King Group identified the right asset whilst always working on an “Exit Strategy”, which was evident in the outstanding financial success of this property investment.
